White-glove onboarding was always the answer. It just couldn't scale. Until now.

But 1-on-1 calls don't scale. So the industry built workarounds. Documentation websites that users never read. Product tours with 20-30% completion rates. Chatbots that paste help articles and hope for the best. Video walkthroughs that go stale the month after you record them.
Every one of those tools exists because their founders assumed 1-on-1 onboarding would always be too expensive. They were right, at the time. The constraint was real.
Then LLMs learned to see screens and control browsers. The constraint disappeared. Not gradually. Overnight.
We've built SaaS products. We've been on those onboarding calls. We even built tools for creating video tutorials as a workaround: if you couldn't be on every call, at least record yourself doing it once. When AI gained the ability to actually be on every call, the workaround became unnecessary.
